Air conditioning. The uninformed gate man, the room cleaner for my room and the one female staff behind the bar who were the only truly professional staff. The bathroom was alright and good shower. The menus in the bar and the restaurant are good, the fridge in the room, the balcony and the outside sitting area. No security checks, majority of staff are unprofessional, the pillows are filthy and have bad odour, the door to my room was half broken, breakfast choice was extremely poor, the idea that the hotel bears no responsibility to stolen items when you do not have access to your keys once you leave your room and hand it in reception is laughable. Some sockets in the wall do not work and the few that work are loose and could be dangerous.
